Programme Overview ಗುರುಚೇತನ معلم کی پیشہ ورانہ ترقی GURUCHETHANA “No Country or society can rise above the level of its teachers”, the saying avows the power and significance of the teachers. The education department have immense faith in teachers’ efficiency who fulfil the society’s expectations. None other than the teachers can play key role in building strong societies. The teachers not just teach letters, instead they create human resource for the future of the nation. They work as a person even in the exceptional circumstances being a knowledge-bond between stakeholders/parents and the Department. The state is dreaming of perceiving such a strong teacher community. The Department aspires that the teachers ought to be a strong power so as to march towards achieving comprehensive goals being backbone of the education system.
